Trouble Shooting

1. I can not play back the files or recognize the watch as a memory stick on my iPhone.

The recording files can not be playback on any iPhone, iOS does not support USB Memory playback.

2. Can I wear the watch for swimming or have a hot water bath or have diving?

The smartwatch is not a waterproof design, it is just water-resistant.

3. I can not find the sleep data on the APP even I wear it for sleeping.

The smart Watch has not to sleep monitor function, you can see the sleep monitor on APP, it works with other watches which use this app, but not this smartwatch.

4. I measured the HR, BP, SPO2 on the watch, but the data can not be synced to the APP.

You can activate the function of the Heart Rate, Blood pressure, SPO2 on the APP( Menu: Healthier). The Measurement results can be synced to the APP. If you run the HR, BP, and SPO2 on the watch, the results can not be synced to the APP.

5.Which program supports the video playback or audio playback? Can I change the recording file format?

The Recording file of the video is in AVI format. If you want to playback the files, you can use Windows Media player, or AVL Media Player, you can get the program from the google search.

If you want to have the video files in another format, you have to transfer the file format to other tools.

6. The windows PC can not find the Watch as a Memory sticker.

*Please make sure the watch is on USB standby mode, the screen must show one heart icon and connect the watch to your PC by USB cable.

*Please make sure the USB host is inserted in the right way, sometimes, you may insert it in the opposite direction, the metal pins on the USB host do not contact right.

*If your PC recognized the Memory stick with s mistake, you can forget it and copy out the recording files to your PC. You also can try to format the watch as a Memory stick on your PC.

7. Is there a power adapter inside the package? Which power adapter should I use for charging.

*The standard package of our watch has no power adapter.

*You can use any USB port power adapter for charging the watch, like your smartphone’s USB power adapter, PC USB host, or Laptop USB host for charging. Normally it takes around 3 hours for full charging.

8. Why the battery is empty very fast?

* Normally when you make a video recording, the 100% battery can support around 1.5 hours.

*If you use the watch for normal functions, it can last around 5-7days.

9.I can not charge my watch.

Please make sure to insert the Smart watch’s USB host in the right direction to the Power adapter or USB Host.

The watch can not be charged by a wrong position insert to the power adapter or USB host.

10.The connection between the watch and the Smartphone is not stable.

*Please make sure to give full permission of APP during the installation of APP on your Smartphone. Most problems of connection are caused by the system block. You need to make sure the APP is running on your smartphone background, if the APP is closed on the smartphone, the connection between them is cut down as well.

If you can not find the smartwatch, you can turn off the Bluetooth on your phone settings for a while then turn it on.

Uninstall the APP and reinstall the APP on your smartphone. Connect the watch by APP again.
