Built around a polyrattan material which is plastic coated to prevent rotting and breaking. A sturdy metal mesh base ensures pets and small objects will not slip through the bottom.
(Easy Fitting): Bolts onto most rear bicycle carrier/pannier racks with ease and includes three faux leather heavy duty adjustable straps. (Instructions not included, but please see images for fitting to rear carrier)
